Here is how we handle your data.

We collect only what is needed to run Elsie: account information (name, email, and password), project invitations and memberships, your requests and conversations, and files you attach to those conversations.

• Elsie’s primary data hosting is located in Canada. Some data may be processed outside Canada by service providers required to operate the service, including the language-model provider and Trello when requests, comments, or attachments are transferred there.
• When you chat with the request assistant, the conversation is sent to an external language-model provider so it can help document your need. That provider is instructed not to use the content to train its models.
• We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
• Your right to confidentiality is ensured: we do not keep your data after you leave; it is fully deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Your data is stored securely and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
